This guarantee allows customers to try their ZORTEIL socks and, if they are not suitable, request a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers may also request one free size or color exchange per order, subject to availability.
For returns or exchanges, the shipping costs required to return the product to ZORTEIL remain the customer’s responsibility.
If the product received is defective, damaged, or different from the product ordered, ZORTEIL will cover the return shipping costs.
Our 30-day commercial guarantee does not limit any statutory warranties or legal rights available to consumers.
